Planning fees cover the time, research, and expertise that go into crafting your trip—from personalized hotel curation and route strategy to custom experiences and seamless logistics.

  • Complimentary hotel-only bookings

    For stays booked directly through June. Includes:

    • Personalized hotel proposal (3 options)

    • Exclusive partner perks where available (upgrades, daily breakfast, resort credits)

    • Seamless booking management until check-out

    • Complimentary dining & activity suggestions tailored to your stay

  • $175 single destination, $225 w/two destinations

    For custom trips up to 7 days (1–2 destinations).

    • Hotel & accommodation proposal: hotels, villas, resorts, etc. (3 options in each location).

    • Exclusive partner perks where available (think upgrades, daily breakfast, resort credits).

    • Transportation recommendations: guidance and bookable options. This can include services such as airport transfers, rental cars, private day trips, flight recommendations, and more. (Flights typically are not booked directly; if desired, additional booking fees apply.)

    • Bookable tours & activities recommendations: verified partner agencies, curated tour lists, Destination Partners, etc. 

    • Seamless booking management & support until check-out. Includes advisor VIP communications with reservations and concierge teams.

    • Complimentary dining & activity suggestions tailored to your stay.

    • Includes 1 itinerary revision (additional revisions may incur a fee, to be discussed at time of revision).

    Additional locations may be subject to an additional fee.

    • In-destination support coordination: should we work with a destination management partner; often recommended with an itinerary of this length.

    • Cultural immersion suggestions; both bookable and on-your-own recommendations.

    • Concierge-style trip management throughout.

    • Hotel & accommodation proposal: hotels, villas, resorts, etc. (3 options in each location).

    • Exclusive partner perks where available (think upgrades, daily breakfast, resort credits).
